Order Handling & Processing Timeline
Our team processes and prepares all verified paid orders within 1–3 business days. Orders received on weekends, public holidays, or during seasonal sales peaks will be scheduled for processing on the next working day. Short processing delays may occur during high-order-volume periods to ensure standard packaging quality.
Regional Delivery Estimation
We provide global shipping services covering the United States and most international countries and regions. The standard delivery period for all orders is 11–21 business days after shipment dispatch. US domestic orders usually achieve faster delivery, while international orders may face slight delays due to customs clearance procedures, local logistics distribution efficiency, weather fluctuations and other objective uncontrollable factors. All delivery times are estimated and not absolutely guaranteed.
Shipping Fee Rules
JujuCore offers free worldwide shipping for all orders with no minimum purchase threshold. Both US domestic and cross-border international orders enjoy zero shipping fees. Only a small number of extremely remote logistics uncovered areas may generate extra delivery surcharges, which will be intuitively displayed on the checkout page before payment confirmation.
Package Tracking Instructions
Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an automatic confirmation email containing an exclusive tracking number and tracking entrance. The logistics system requires approximately 24 hours to synchronize and update shipment information. If the tracking status is not updated for a long time or displays abnormally, you can contact our customer service for professional inquiry and assistance.
Customs Duty & Tax Explanation
All international cross-border shipments may be subject to import duties, value-added taxes and official clearance fees charged by local customs authorities. These additional expenses are not included in our product prices and shipping services, and shall be borne independently by the buyer. We strictly abide by international trade regulations and complete truthful item declaration for all packages.
Unavailable Delivery Areas
We do not support delivery to PO boxes, military addresses, embargoed areas and regions with incomplete logistics coverage. We reserve the right to hold or cancel orders that cannot be delivered normally and safely.
After-Sales Solutions for Abnormal Shipments
Please check the integrity of your package and products immediately after receiving the goods. For damaged, defective, missing or incorrect items, please take valid photos or videos and submit a service application within 48 hours after delivery. For packages confirmed lost during transportation, we provide two free after-sales solutions: full refund or free re-delivery.
Order Adjustment Specifications
Customers can freely modify shipping addresses or cancel orders without any cost during the order processing stage. Once the order is successfully shipped and enters the transit stage, no modification, cancellation or delivery interception requests will be accepted. All losses and extra fees caused by customers’ voluntary refusal to sign for packages shall be borne by customers themselves.
